Ravings and Rantings

Welcome to my cloud! It's got a nice silver lining somewhere.....Some ranting, some raving--mostly positive stuff, lots of jokes (I can't stay serious). Nothing going on here that a pina colada or mohito can't fix.

Stolen From Poppy Cede, Who Stole It From Steph

Tandem Cycle Traits and Tendencies
Tandem Cyclists are the stars of the sleeping world. Tan, relaxed, and wind-swept, they’re always smiling bright, no matter what blows life deals. Disease, public speaking, automotive failure — they take it all in stride, thanks to the steadying power of spending night after night with a best-loved mate at their backs.
Comfort Zone
Tandem Cycle Pose is part of the Sun Sleeper family.
A Note about Mattress Care
Due to the pose's bouncy mount, the mattress of a typical Tandem Cyclist couple can wear unevenly unless it is both flipped and rotated at least once a week.
Leak Your Sleep Secret
Maybe you'd like to share your sleep test results with the whole world? Here is some easy, cut-and-paste-able code to help you post your pose right on your website:

I don't know. I move around every five minutes. About twice a night, Mrs. Z rearranges the sheets because I move around so much.

Zomb!!! Yay! I'll put you back in the links (reformatted the blog, then went back to original format but had to re-enter all the links and had lost yours). Used to thrash about till got onto the right meds (not that you need meds)....

GWB whatd'ya mean vow of celibacy? You be married, mon!!!

Vest, can they give you anything at least for the pain? That sounds absolutely horrible. What kind of arthritis is it in the thumb? If it's osteo, there are lots of herbals that work to reduce the irritation (I mean really work--Celadrin and Devil's Claw are the best. Glucosamine sulphate alone or with MSM and chondroitin helps get rid of the pain and builds up the joint but you have to keep taking it.)

Pain in upper butt? That's scary. Could be muscle more likely nerve. How about a physiotherapist/doctor visit? But do try those herbs up there. Have been taking them for years, as has Mom and her buds. I swear by them, they do work. Not 100% but darn close. Here's a good book link (http://www.herbalremedies.com/arthritis-information.html) but don't buy it. If you get some Celadrin, they give you the book free with the Celadrin. Here is a consumer reports comparison http://www.consumerhealthdigest.com/top25jointsupport.htm?source=google/Brands

BTW; I am mobile, can walk ok, plus drive, do chores about the place and try when possible to be polite and pleasant to people, you yourself appear to have a constant ongoing list of ailments, I'll wave my magic wand tonight (not that one) to cure all of your afflictions, and my own while I'm about it. See ya.
